Hybrid counselling – how it works

The four-month Hybrid Counselling package gives you 18 hours with me for £440 (compared to £880 for four months of traditional counselling) It comprises six two-hour workshops and six one-to-one sessions.

Anything you share in one-to-one sessions with me remains confidential. The workshops are focused on learning useful psychological approaches – it’s up to you to decide what you are comfortable to share in group discussions.

Groups are small – a maximum of nine people.  The workshops offer more than just a cost-effective way to learn the concepts and techniques that will help you get the most out of your one-to-one sessions.  Realising that we are not alone in the challenges we face, drawing on the combined wisdom of the group, and encouraging each other’s growth – all these make positive change feel much easier.
