Single session intensive

This service is designed to identify what is blocking you from making a change or resolving a difficulty and then create a simple plan to get you unstuck. It’s centred on a carefully structured 75-minute counselling session and includes a pre-session questionnaire and a post-session review by phone.

The single-session package is a complete service, and most people who choose it don’t need further sessions – but more are available if needed.

Tailored packages

I offer flexible counselling packages for:

• workshop participants who want to take a confidential deep-dive into applying the principles to their own unique situation

• people who have taken a single-session intensive and would benefit from follow-up counselling.

By booking sessions in flexible packages, you can work on your goals at a pace that suits you.

Cost: £175 for a package of three one-hour sessions; or £65 each booked singly
